About Us
Rankins Roses was founded in 1988 with Lloyd Rankin purchasing the original 5 acre farmlet in Officer Victoria. By spring 1989 the first deliveries of roses were heading to retail nurseries throughout Melbourne.
From his first years as a sole owner/grower the company has grown to 10 acres of container production in addition to a 110 acre farm for field grown roses. Staff has also increased in this time from 1 to 20 and Lloyd has taken on a partner in Andrew Collins to help ensure continued growth & success in Rankins Roses.
Our love of plants and in particular roses has been our passion & focus from Day 1.
