Jane Edmanson, Cystic Fibrosis Victoria and Lloyd Rankin of Rankin’s Roses have teamed up to create a wonderful collection of unique roses available this winter. Jane has chosen her favourites from the fields of Rankins Roses where hundreds of new and never before seen roses were in flower. Jane has looked for something special in each of the roses chosen. This year, Jane has chosen Sorbet Fromboise™ for it’s flamboyant colours and mass flowering excellence.
The red rose is the worldwide symbol of Cystic Fibrosis. In fact 65 Roses is now the accepted nickname for Cystic Fibrosis, after a young child who couldn’t pronounce his condition came up with 65 Roses instead.
Cystic Fibrosis Victoria will receive 75¢ for each rose sold to help support people living with the life-shortening condition of Cystic Fibrosis, which is Australia’s most common genetic disease.
